Für jede Bestätigung stellen wir ein Zertifikat per E-Mail oder klassischer Post aus. Bestätigung

Die Reservierung wird bestätigt, wenn der Gast den gesamten Vorgang über die Website und die TOP Line d.o.o. abgeschlossen hat. erhält die Zahlung für die Bestellung. Die Zahlung kann in bar (am Firmensitz), per Kreditkarte (in der Ferne oder am Firmensitz) oder durch Überweisung an eine IBAN erfolgen.

Stornierung

Die Reservierung kann bis 21 Uhr, mindestens 21 Tage vor dem Ankunftsdatum, kostenlos geändert oder storniert werden. In diesem Fall erstatten wir alle anfallenden Kosten. Bei verspäteter Stornierung oder wenn der Gast am Anreisetag nicht erscheint, behalten wir uns das Recht vor, den Preis für den gesamten Aufenthalt zu berechnen.

Preise

Alle Preise verstehen sich in € (eur) und inkl. MwSt. Die Kurtaxe ist nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Es wird bei Ankunft der Gäste berechnet, nämlich:
