TOP Line d.o.o. Portorož markets its own accommodation facilities and those of contracted business partners in Piran. All reservations can be made through the website www.apartment-piran.com, through apartments.topline.si and through other providers. We issue a certificate by email or classic post for each confirmation. When booking, the guest is obliged to define the number of adults and children staying at each apartment.

Confirmation

The booking is confirmed when the guest goes through the entire procedure via the website and TOP Line d.o.o. receives payment. Payment can be made by cash (at company office), by credit card (remotely or at company office) or by bank transfer.

Cancelling

A booking can be changed or canceled free of charge until 7pm, at least 21 days before the date of arrival. In this case we will refund all the costs incurred. In case of later cancellations or if the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, we reserve the right to charge the price of the entire stay.

Pricing

All prices are in € (eur) and include VAT. The tourist tax is not included in the price of the overnight stay. It is calculated upon arrival of the guests:
Adult: € 2.50 per person per night
Children: from 7 to 18 years: € 1.25 per person per night
Children under 6,99 years are exempted from the tourist tax.

TOP Line reserves the right to change prices without notice for new bookings.

Check-in between 14:00 and 19:00
Check out between 9:00 and 11:00

Late arrival – in case of arrival outside the above mentioned hours please inform us ahead of time at info@topline.si or by phone +386 40 771 776 (you can also send SMS, whatsapp or viber).
