The small, two story, apartment house is located in the heart of Piran, just meters away from the 1st of May square. The building consists of three apartments, each on it’s own level. It’s position in the old town makes it perfect for discovering the narrow streets, small bars and having the magic of the medieval town in walking distance from your doorstep.

Each apartment covers an area of 36 m2, making it a comfortable stay for up to 4 persons, where 2 persons occupy the bedroom and 2 sleep in the living room. Each apartment has its own:

private entrance
1 bedroom with 2 separate beds (80 cm x 200 cm) that can be made into 1 queen size bed (160 cm x 200 cm)
1 private bathroom with shower, toilette and sink
living room with:
- fully equipped kitchen
- dining table with 4 chairs
- couch (sleeps 2)
- LCD TV

The apartments are equpped with:

bed linen for all guests (as many as are booked)
towels (1 large, 1 medium, 1 small)
toilette paper
new windows making the apartments much quieter than in previous years
